Danny was born at Dimmit Memorial Hospital in Carrizo Springs, Texas on July 12, 1965, to Mauro and Delia Bustamante+
The family considered him an angel. He had the biggest heart and loved everyone he met. He took care of his mother until he wasn't able, due to his ALS condition. He was very considerate of her and never wanted to leave her alone. Everywhere Danny would go he had to shake people’s hands and introduce himself numerous times. He had a passion for lotto tickets. Danny was happiest when he would receive scratch tickets as gifts. He looked forward to going on outings. To him, outings were going to the Carrizo Springs Walmart looking for radios. Another favorite outing was driving to Eagle Pass to shop at the mall. His favorite store was Bealls. He loved when his siblings came to visit because to him it meant a trip to the casino.
Danny Is survived by his sister Cindy Bustamante from Rio Grande City, sister Pat Pena, brother Richard Bustamante from Asherton, brothers Roland and Mauro Bustamante from the Rio Grande Valley. Danny had 10 nieces and nephews, and 4 great-nieces and nephews, whom he loved being around.
