Diamantina Huerta De Bazan

With sadness in our hearts, we announce the passing of Diamantina Huerta de Bazan beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She passed while sleeping, surrounded by her loving husband and children. Diamantina and her husband Haroldo shared a lifetime together, 51 years of marriage and lived a happy and prosperous life together. Diamantina was preceded in death by her parents, Gregorio and Fransisca Falcon, and grandson Elian F. Bazan. She is survived by her husband Haroldo Bazan and her children, Guadalupe Bazan (Viviana Bazan), Maria D. Hinojosa (Francisco Hinojosa), Karina Bazan, Haroldo Bazan Jr., Feliciano Bazan (Alma Bazan) and Johnny Joe Bazan (Mariam Bazan). Plus, granddaughters, grandsons and great-grandkids plus one on the way. Visitation will be from 1pm to 8pm on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Sanchez Funeral in Rio Grande City, Tx. With a Rosary at 5 pm followed by Chapel Services at 6pm.
