He is preceded in death by his loving wife Brenda Villarreal, his parents Eliborio and Olga Salinas, brothers, Victor and Argelio Salinas.
He is survived by his children Macario (Didi) Villarreal, Crystal Villarreal (Roel Solis, Jr.), Leroy Salinas (Stephanie Perez), Cristina Salinas, Leonel Salinas, Jr.
and Maura Salinas: his grandchildren Alyssa Villarreal, Jesse Villarreal, Roel III, Deryn Solis, Nukonna and Brianna Castillo and Baby Nauhla Jo, brothers, Eligio, Leonel, and Rogelio, sisters, Jesusa, Gloria, and Rosanilia Salinas, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Eliborio loved Life, his family, his grandchildren and enjoyed being surrounded by his family and friends.
Visitation started Monday, July 29, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. His burial is scheduled for Wednesday, July 31, 2013 with the time pending.
Funeral services are under the direction of Sanchez Funeral Home in Rio Grande City.
