In Loving Memory of Eulogio Garcia
1939 – 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. A devoted family man, he passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who loved him.Born to Tomas Garcia and Maria Bazan, Eulogio was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Abel and Juan Garcia; and his sisters, Herlinda Montalvo and Chavela Mayorga.Eulogio is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Santos G. Garcia, and their five children: Angel (Rosie) Garcia, Mariselda (Ignacio) Tanguma, Leonardo (Esperanza) Garcia, Leticia (Joe) Rios, and Hector (Damaris) Garcia. He was a proud and adoring grandfather to Ignacio Tanguma IV, AJ Garcia, Gabriella & Elizabeth Cortez, Andrew, Katie & Ashley Garcia, Anaissah, Felicia & Anabella Rios; great-grandfather to Levi, Liam, Gabe, Mia, Amelia, Isaac & Cassander. He is also survived by his sister, Teresa Arriazola, and his brothers, Juan Lino Camargo, Silvestre Garcia, and Francisco Garcia.
He spent his life working hard — his legacy lives on in the strength and character of his family, and especially in the joy he found in his grandchildren, whom he adored beyond measure. Eulogio was a quiet pillar of strength, a provider, a protector, and a man who found his greatest joy in the simple moments shared with family. Whether it was a holiday gathering, a Saturday BBQ, or a phone call just to check in, he made those around him feel safe and loved.
He worked tirelessly throughout his life to provide a stable and loving home, instilling in his family the values of perseverance, integrity, and compassion. His presence brought comfort, his laughter brought joy, and his wisdom brought guidance to those fortunate enough to know him.Though he is no longer with us in person, the values he lived by—hard work, kindness, and devotion to family—will continue to guide us all.He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who loved him. His spirit lives on in the stories shared, the traditions upheld, and the love that binds his family together.
