Josefa D. Guel

Josefa Longoria Guel went to heaven Thursday morning at 4:25 AM.  Josefa was the daughter of late Manuel & Esperanza Longoria and the wife of the late Isidro Guel.  Ms. Guel is survived by a brother Esteban Longoria and two sisters, Nieves Treviño and San Juanita Hernandez. Josefa was a resident of San Antonio, TX.  Ms. Guel was born in La Grulla, TX and raised as a youth in Olmito Ranch. She is also survived by 5 children.  Isidro "Sid" Guel Jr.,  Ludivina DeLaRosa, Joel Guel, Margarita Villarreal, and Sandra Guel-Orta. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Public viewing will be held in Rio Grande City, TX at The Sanchez Funeral Home Sunday, July 1 at 4-9pm.  A funeral mass and burial will proceed at the Holy Family Catholic Church of La Grulla, TX Lazaro on Monday morning July 2, 2018, at 10:00 am.
