Juanita Rangel, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026, in Roma, Texas. She was born on November 28, 1957, in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, a place and heritage she always held close to her heart.
Juanita’s life was a tapestry woven with deep love for her family, enduring faith, and steadfast resilience. The beloved daughter of Herculano Alejandro and Maria Dolores Vallejo, both of whom preceded her in death, Juanita grew up surrounded by the warmth and vibrancy of a large, close-knit family. She carried these treasured values with her throughout life and extended them to all who had the privilege to know her.
She was a devoted wife to her late husband, Ernesto Rangel. Together, they built a legacy defined by integrity and dedication—a legacy carried forth by their children. Juanita is survived by her loving daughters, Yuridia Ramirez (Delfino) Ramirez and Marina Rangel (Carlos) Rincon, and her cherished son, Ernesto (Celeste) Rangel Jr., each of whom was a source of immense pride and joy throughout her life.
Juanita’s family also includes her siblings, who mourn her loss: brothers Guadalupe Alejandro, Humberto Alejandro, Reymundo Alejandro, and Jorge Alejandro, as well as her sisters Cristina Garcia and Sandra Alejandro. Her family members were not only her kin but also her lifelong companions. Juanita’s enduring presence will be deeply missed during family gatherings, celebrations, and moments of quiet remembrance alike.
Throughout her life, Juanita embodied compassion, selflessness, and generosity. She provided love and guidance to those around her and brought comfort and strength to her family and friends, especially during times of need and hardship. Her home was a place of welcome for all, where laughter and love echoed in abundance.
As those privileged to walk alongside her knew, Juanita possessed a gentle spirit and unwavering faith. These qualities sustained her during life’s trials and inspired others in her circle to do likewise. Her legacy is reflected in the enduring bonds she forged, in the lives she touched, and in the countless memories her loved ones will forever hold dear.
