Natividad Bazan, a beloved member of her community and cherished by all who knew her, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026, in Rio Grande City. Born on September 8, 1936, she lived a life marked by grace, kindness, and unwavering strength.

Her family and friends will gather to honor her memory at the Sanchez Memorial Funeral Home, located at 101 AR Sanchez Sr. Dr., Roma, TX 78584. Visitation will begin on May 12, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., during which time loved ones are invited to pay their respects. A special Rosary service will be held later that evening at 6:00 p.m. to celebrate her spiritual journey and to offer prayers for her eternal rest.

Continuing into the following day, there will be another visitation on May 13, starting at 8:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. This quiet time will provide an opportunity for reflection and connection among those she touched deeply.

A Mass honoring Natividad’s life will take place at Holy Family Mission Catholic Church, located at 202 Francesca Ave, Roma, TX 78584, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The ceremony will be a solemn tribute to her faith and dedication, uniting the community in prayer and remembrance.

Following the Mass, Natividad will be laid to rest at Roma City Cemetery at 2:00 p.m., located along US-83 in Roma, TX 78584. This final journey marks the closing chapter of a life well-lived, leaving behind enduring memories and a legacy of compassion.
