Joseph is married to a local girl. He is hardworking and extremely likable. He takes lots of pride in his work. The Lord Blessed us when Joseph walked through our doors looking for a job.
Luz M Rodriguez, the Office manager has been with our Sanchez Funeral Home family for 6 years. She is married to Jose Luis Rodriguez and has 4 beautiful daughters Evelyn, Mariana Kaisa, Roselyn, and Mariajose Rodriguez. Attended Rio Grande City High School and is a graduate of the class of 2001 and STC 2021 with her interdisciplinary studies. She is very compassionate to all of our family.
Enrique has been employed with Sanchez Funeral Home for over 19 years. He is gentle and soft-spoken and very loving.
Mr. Michael Olivarez has been employed with Sanchez Funeral Home for over 25 years. He is very active with our community. He loves serving people and has a great sense of humor. He is a people person.
Fatima is our newest addition to the Sanchez Funeral Home family she is a graduate of Rio Grande City class of 2020 and is attending to STC.
Jeff along with his wife Annie is the owner of the funeral home. Jeff is a 1985 graduate of Wayne State University’s Mortuary Science Program.
He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University which he earned in 1992. He enjoys exercising and spending time off with his children – Maggie, Jack and Peter.
Jeff and his family are members of the St. Basil Catholic Church. When time allows, Jeff likes to be active in our community and is a member of the Kiwanis Club, Loyal Order of the Moose, Sons of the American Legion, and the Knights of Columbus. In 2013, Jeff and his family were the St. Basil Knights of Columbus Family of the year.
Jeff was recognized by the Bobby Walker Administration with their Leadership Award in 2010. He was also recognized by the First Spiritual Church of Covert for his role in community leadership in 2015.
